Make sure you selected "First Year rented" situation and "converted home to rental or rental home" when you started entering the Rental info. See the screenshot below:

As you are going through the questions, make sure to answer "Was XXXX rented every single day in 2022?" as "No".  Answering "no" will prompt you to enter Fair rented Days and personal use days.  Entering the days here will ensure that TurboTax will calculate the proper percentages for deductions on the rental and for personal.
