I appreciate all the people who contacted E*Trade and TurboTax support and put updates here. It seems to me that this is similar to a "he said-she said" divorce with each side saying it's the others issue, and leaving us kids in the dark.

 

Anyway, If I try now all I get is akmessag that says "This import was unsuccessful." and telling me to check my internet connection. All this I very frustrating, especially since nobody form TT has aknowledged on this thread that there is even a problem.

 

I've also been using TT for the last 20 years and never had this problem before.
