Re lined it in 2018 at my rental, looks like I did the 100% special allowance then…now I sold it in 2022…so it was fully depreciation in 2018 so it’s adjusted basis is $0…turbo tax shows it in the 15 year category….should I allocate $0 to the sales price since I was able to fully depreciate it already or should I prorate the amount based on 15 years? Maybe I should have just expensed it back in. 2018 thanks
