@AmyC Hello! I deleted the old property information and entered the replacement property as a new rental property. Is it safe to say I should put in the line item #25 form 8824 for the new basis for this year tax filing?
It does seem to look correct, and I do have all my records well-kept just in case of any future audit. I appreciate your help!
