I am trying to put in the rent amount I have paid for 2022. I lived with two other roommates and we all separately paid portions. Do I put down just what I paid?

I am wondering if I am supposed to add up each payment I have made and put that down as the overall rent paid? I am also wondering since we all split utilities costs ($25 each) if I should also include that because one of the sections says “heat included.” I emailed my landlord and she said I did pay two different amounts since I stayed at this apartment when the lease ended. please help if you can
