I purchased a rental property in Toronto on Sept 2017 and rented the property on March 2018, Can I claim the property tax and Mortgage interest happened in 2017?
I am filing tax for 2018 and I am not sure if I can claim the property tax & Interest on mortgage happened in 2017 after purchase of the property in 2017?
