In TurboTax (TT), enter at:
- Federal Taxes tab (Personal in Home & Business)
- Wages & Income
Scroll down to:
-Rentals & Royalties
Follow the interview. You'll eventually reach a screen to enter common expenses (real estate tax, insurance, repairs, etc). followed by a screen to enter other expenses.
