Just heard back from Corporate:

 

"When I notified you of the update, the date I was provided for the fix was 4/15.  After reviewing the investigation, the date for the update in the TurboTax program has been changed from 4/15 to 5/6.

 

Here’s a copy of the email that was sent to users experiencing this issue:

“We are still working to resolve this issue in TurboTax to allow you to file your return electronically. Currently our ETA for a fix is within 3 weeks.

With the Tax deadline coming up we urge you to file an extension for MA and pay any tax due before 4/18/22.

A Second option is to print and mail your return to MA by 4/18/22.

Once the issue is resolved we will inform you.” "
