I did a major renovation to a 4 bedroom condo that is a rental. How many years do I depreciation the new electric fireplace, water heater covers and bathroom vanities?

I don't believe the vanities and water heater covers will last 27.5 years.  The electric fireplace replaced a wood fireplace and is probably considered an appliance.  All three can be easily replaced for wear and tear. So the only other category for rental properties is furniture and fixtures, which is a 5 year depreciation.
