@sammyoh Had the same issue. Click the "[Your Partnership Name] has business income (loss)" box, and THEN a rental income (loss) box comes up for you to enter in. Super annoying/frustrating way for TurboTax to go about it, especially since it seems like every 199A income option is already present except that one. Took me a lot of trial and error to figure out.
