I am LOST!!! NBLX (a PTP) was bought out by Chevron. I have a K-1 and a 1099 and feel like a tax moron.

Hi, I've never been late filing our taxes, but this year I feel about ready to flee to Canada (jk, IRS!). I've been researching here on TT and online, even watched a couple of YouTube videos, and I STILL don't know what to do. So desperate, I was looking at the irs.gov site to see if the actual tax forms would make it clearer to me (it/they didn't).

Honestly, I seriously rue the day I bought the d@mn "shares" or whatever you call them. Learned my lesson, never again. Can anyone help me? I'm going to (try) to attach photos of the front & back of the K-1
