I understand you don't have an answer for this problem. You have copied and pasted the same response several times now into this thread alone, and I see there at least 5 other threads on this topic.

 

As of today over a 1,000 people have viewed these threads. I'm sure there are many more frustrated customers out there. Since this issue will obviously not be fixed in time to meet the filing deadline, there needs to be some kind of response from management.

 

It isn't fair to leave your support people having to deal with a fundamental failure of development. I understand you are trying your best. I have called for additional support, and then only thing I was offered was to be linked to the technical issue.

 

There needs to be a better response from someone who is responsible for this issue. I feel at least some acknowledgment or even a refund is due. This is exactly the kind of issue that will cause me to search out another solution next year, this year, it is too late.
