You appear to be using Online TurboTax.

Probably, but I'll show you a screenshot and also provide another way to get there. Are you sure your return interview was open before you used the search icon? Open the return interview, then see the screenshot below. You'll know your return is open if you see all of the menu items in the left column, such as My Info, Federal, State, Review, Tax Tools, etc. After entering the search term be sure to use the second magnifying glass icon as shown in the screen shot.

Or here's an alternative shortcut that doesn't use that "jump to" method:
- Open your return, and in the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS then TOOLS.
- In the Tools window click the blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
- In the topic line enter 1099-B without quotes.
- Make the selection in the list and click GO.
