You may not have marked that all your LLC income was earned in OH. You can revisit your LLC business information by following these steps:
- Within your return click Income & Expenses near the top of the screen
- Click Edit/Add for your Self-employment income and expenses
- Click Edit on the income you need to review
- Click Edit on the General Info line
- Check the Business Address for the correct OH address
