You can enter the 1099B manually if the import feature is not working. Please see the steps below on how to manually enter the information.
- Click on Tax Home from the Left Side Menu.
- Click on Income & Expenses from the main screen.
- Scroll down to the section titled "Investments and Savings".
- Within this section, click on the start button next to 1099-B.
- Answer the relevant questions and you should see a page with the title "Let's import your tax info". On this page, scroll down and you should see an option for "Enter a different way". Click on that.
- Next Click on Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and answer the questions accordingly.
