Perhaps.  If the owner moved out and beginning in August the renter or tenant moved in then you would NOT count any personal days of use.  You would simply say the rental was converted from personal use to business use on August...., 2021. The unit is considered used 100% rental or business use from the time the renter/tenant moved in. In this case there is no personal use days.
