To resolve your issue, try one of the following two options:
- When entering the TIN number, only enter the 9 digits, no hyphen, no spaces.
- If this does not help, please delete the 1099-Misc in question, and re-enter it. If you imported the form, type it manually instead.
You mentioned that you were working on your 2020 taxes, you will need to download 2020 TurboTax Desktop version.
