What to do when we own more tax than the amount submitted in Form1040-ES last year due to our short-term capital gain in Nov.2021?

My husband and I used Turbotax Premier to file our tax last year and it automatically generated four Form 1040-ES payment vouchers for us probably due to the stocks we were holding. We have paid for three of the payments online before each quarter deadlines this year. However, we made a large amount of short-term capital gain in Nov. 2021, so when we run the numbers using Turbotax estimation calculator, we found that we own much more than the amount in the 4th voucher. What should we do with it before the last deadline on Jan.18, 2022? Do we need to submit another form? Can we just make the pay more than the 4th voucher online?
