Thanks for such a prompt reply. The investment was made in August 2015 and the company at the time was under $1 million in issued stock. I invested $100k . The company had the license to distribute the products in the USA of a well known European beauty company. We sued for fraud in 2018 but lost the case in 2021 due to a technicality.
