Great, thank you very much for this response. 

 

I do plan on putting the property back into service again at some point, likely in three or fours years from now.  So the year I do that, I would use the new depreciation amount that includes the property improvements?  Do I need to do anything with that on my taxes this year, or only the year I put it back into service.
