I am planning to buy a house with my parents with me contributing 1/3 of the price and my parents contributing 2/3. I am currently working with H1-b and both of my parents are non-residents. Is there going to be gift taxes incurred if one of my parents and I are registered as either joint tenant or tenants in common?
