Below is the response I got from support. Interestingly, the IRS changed the form in 2019 and now requires part 1 of the form to be completed each year, rather than just in the year of sale. I did not recognize that when I filed last year and the program did not flag the fact that information was missing as an error. So, I am guessing I am now looking at filing an amendment for 2019.

It looks like there is some missing information within Form 6252 Part 1. Please review your cost basis and your sales price in this section and ensure your entries are correct.
