Yes, same here, both Chase and BofA, what is UP>...?? Also, the dialog in the screen on TurboTax at this point reads.. "If you are having trouble logging in or do not know your Online ID/Password...Please Click..." ....Then Nothing To Click...? Seems to be the page is not complete. So the TurboTax 2020 Software has some rough edges and was rushed out with this glitch and other errors throughout. Would like to finish my taxes but seems Intuit needs to sort out some BUGS..!!
