In TurboTax (TT), enter at:
- Federal Taxes tab (Personal in Home & Business)
- Wages & Income
Scroll down to:
-Investment Income
-Capital Loss carryover
Answer yes when asked if you have a carry over. That should give you the chance to change it to 0.
