I owned a rental in NYS that I sold last year. Upon closing we filled out a IT2663 form and submitted estimated taxes due. Do I still have to file NYS taxes?
I am a non resident of NYS, and did not have any other income for nys. I did not live in the property 2 of the last 5 years.
