I am aware of the help page to fix Sch E / 4562:

In my case, all the assets were carried over from 2019 correctly. If anything, I answered yes to the question "Did you sell this asset in 2020" while walking through the assets. But the assets are still correctly present after I finish everything.
Now I am at the final step before filing my taxes. Sch E is present in the tax forms, along with the correct depreciation amount. The tax forms also correctly shows the investment gains from selling my property. However, form 4562 is no where to be found.
