In the Schedule E interview, after you answer all the questions describing the property in question, the very next thing that TurboTax asks is "Let's enter the income for [property]"
To get back to this interview, do a Search (upper right) for rental property, and click on the jump-to link (Mac users must find rental property in the Topics List).
Give the interview another chance; it will ask you what you need to enter.
