Rental Property is mine and not my spouses, how do I file ?

This will be the first year with a rental property. It was mine before marriage and my daughter lived in it for years after I moved out.  She moved out last December and I converted it to a rental. It was rented short term for 3 months (Jan. Feb. March). They did a lot of damage but it was a "friend" and no security deposit. I had a lot of repairs and was doing those while I looked for new tenants, which was difficult because of COVID. Just got new tenants in 2021 but I will be making it a "rental" as of last Jan. 2020. I need to be able to claim all of that and the 3 months of rental income. Issue is my husband has nothing to do with the rental. We file jointly but we also keep our money separately so I need to be able to figure our what he will owe/get back and what I will owe/get back.  I usually figure it out 3 ways to get an idea but the rental property is throwing me off. Is there a way to file jointly with just me being responsible for the rental? The rental and our joint home are both in Pennsylvania.
