I got tax withheld in my investment account because of incorrect SSN. How can I file for a refund?

I got a tax withholding because of incorrect SSN in my Chase investment account. The IRS automatically withhold 20%+ of the amount of stocks I sold. Now my SSN is updated and just want to know how can I get refunded for the amount withheld?
