How do I enter a 1099 misc from a wind turbine company that i have a good neighbor agreement with under rental when i dont rent the property out?

On the 1099 misc i got its under rental.  I do not rent the property out at all.  When i try to enter it its asking me how many days i rent  and what kind of rental it is.
