I am working with a global company virtually and making money. What documents do I need to keep on hand to keep from being flagged by the IRS?

I am a USA based individual. I will be paid monthly for my services from the international location. This is a legal transaction, we just want to prevent red flags by having the necessary and proper paperwork for international income.
