I have ~150,000 stock transactions to report this year - would the IRS accept a CD or thumb drive vice the paper printout of my 1099-B stock transactions?

As a daytrader, I have hundreds of thousands of transactions this year to report on my Schedule D/Form 8949.  I plan to report the summary data on Form 8949, and attach the 1099B from my broker to show the individual stock sales.  However, this is thousands of pages long.  Could I just send an electronic copy to the IRS?   Perhaps via a thumb drive or CD?  Printing thousands of pages is so cumbersome not to mention wasteful.
