Here's how to check for a form in TurboTax Online:
- Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
- In the left menu, select the dropdown arrow next to Tax Tools and then Tools.
- In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
- Scroll down the page and look for the form you need to delete, e.g., a safe harbor election statement.
- Select Delete next to the form you want to delete and confirm the deletion.

TurboTax Download/CD users don't have that left menu panel with Tax Tools. Download/CD users go to Forms mode to delete a form. Find the form in the left column, click on it and it will open. Then, click the Delete Form button at the bottom.
