I own a small farm business that is also my main residence. I rent out several of the out buildings to a small manufacturer. The rent includes Power, internet, etc. that i pay for. I also provide all snow removal, road maintenance, Building maintenance, and janitorial services including light builds and trash removal for said building, as well as unloading semis bringing them their materials.
