With TurboTax open, you can enter your property farm ground rent on Schedule F.
- Select the Income & Wages tab.
- Scroll down to Farm Income and Farm Rental and click start.
- Follow the screen prompts.
- On the page, Your Farming Income and Expenses under Farm expenses select start on the line Common farming expenses.
- You can now enter your farm rental expense on the line Other Rental.
