I have been following this post and it has been really helpful.
Quick question - why did you have Mike_kooi enter "zero" under personal use? I am in a similar situation and trying to follow this. Do I not enter the days I was living in the house as well? Which would be the full year?
"For number of days of personal use, that is a big, fat, round, circular ZERO"
