TT asks if my vacation property was rented for all of 2019. It was available for rent for the full year, but I only had 95 days of it being occupied. Do I check "no this property was not rented all year" and then enter the 95 days even though I had it advertised for the full 365 days? When I do put in the 95 days, it seems my tax burden goes up. Why? Is it not allowing me to deduct the full year's worth of expenses?
