We are a first time landlords of a condo. We started to rent in Oct 2019. We had to remodel the whole condo in order for it to rent. We spent about $35,000 for the remodel including a new aircondition unit.
My question is what can we file for repair and what for depreciation since we only rent the condo out for 3 month in 2019? Thank you!
