We just bought rental property in December 2019. We did not have any rental income in 2019, but I want to place the property in service as of December so I can claim some expenses like lawyer fees and house insurance.
I can't find how to enter Schedule E for the first time in Turbo Tax because I don't have any income. How do I enter the rental Schedule E information?
