Investors & landlords
I don't think your rental property or QBI is generating a W-2. Before you attempt to delete the W-2 again, sign out of your return and close your window. Then open your browser again and sign back into TurboTax, then attempt to delete the form. Type W-2 in the search box up top and then hit enter. Use the Jump to W-2 in the search results to go to a list of all the W-2s on your return. Use the trash can icon to remove the unwanted W-2(s). See the image below. After you delete the W-2(s), the screen should say You currently don't have any W-2 info, click on Done.
If you are still receiving an error, go back to the Rental Property section and review the entries to your condo rental. You can type rentals in the search box to get back to that section to review your entries.
