It sounds like there is an incomplete W-2 form entry in your return. Here is how you can delete empty forms:
- Login to your TurboTax Account and continue your return.
- Select Federal on the left.
- Under Income & Expenses, the top section will be Job (W-2), click Add/ Edit on the right.
- You will get to a screen that says Here's Your W-2 info, under that, look for a W-2 entry with $0.00 dollars entered, click the little trash can to the right.
- Repeat if necessary.
