Investors & landlords

You should be able to edit this information in the Assets/Depreciation section.

Go into the federal program.

1. Select "Income & expenses"
2. Select "Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)
3. Say yes to reviewing your information and continue through the screens until you see the "Rental and Royalty Summary".
4. Select Edit to the right of the Assets/Depreciation.

When you see Do you want to go directly to your asset summary?, select Yes.  

The next screen will show you the assets and you can edit your information here.
