After spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone with tech support, escalating to the next level got me a call back from someone that had no knowledge of what the first person had done. They said they would call back and never did. I called back 2 days later got disconnected in the wait queue, called back and got someone who was interested in getting a knowledgable person to help me, but they never called back either. So no help yet after 3 hours on hold and talking.
