- Scroll down to Rental Properties and Royalties [START]
- Yes you had income from Rentals ...
- Check None of the above
- Enter property name & address
- Type of house
- Select NEW if this was the first year you rented
- NO This property was not rented all year
- Enter Rental Days and Personal Days
- Continue through the questions
