Since you deleted two of the rental properties, fixing it is a moot point. You can't fix what is no longer there. Fortunately, you're using the desktop version. (This would be a nightmare if you did this in the online version). Unfortunately, you can't import the rental data for the deleted properties without completely starting your 2019 tax return over from the start.
So you'll need to delete the .tax2019 file in the documents/turbotax directory and start all over now. Trying to re-enter the two properties manually is perfectly doable *IF* you have the 4562's that print in landscape format, for those properties from your 2018 return. But a manual re-entry will take more time than just starting over from scratch.
