More information would help diagnose your QBI issue. For example:
- What version of TurboTax are you using?
- What screen caused you to conclude that the QBI that was there a couple of weeks ago is no longer there?
- What changes to the tax return have you made in the last couple of weeks, e.g., adding additional income or designating a business as a specified services trade or business (SSTB)?
