Even though your form may have a zero in it, please remove the zero from Line/Box 1 and your problem will resolve. In general - especially when entering K-1's - it is best to leave the line blank unless the software asks you to enter a zero.
The IRS requires K-1 Lines/Boxes 1-3 entries to be reported on separate K-1's, which is why the zero is confusing the software.
