How do I declare income from renting out my parking spot in a condo? It seems like TurboTax is trying to have me use schedule E. I was deeded the spot with my condo.

I own the rights to the parking spot and am renting it back to the association for a construction project.  Is it considered part of my home?  Is it considered part of the property taxes I pay?
