Large increase of tax due after linking the Broker account for the RSU plan

Payroll withheld tax once RSU vested (around 40%  and reported on W2) but somehow once i linked the RSU broker account to turbotax i saw the estimated tax due increasing by another 40%. I hope this is not correct. How i can fix it?
