I'm a real estate broker who also does property management for one of my sales agents. Do I submit two separate 1099s to my agent for sales commission and rent collected?

I am a real estate broker who also does property management for one of my real estate agents. My agent earned commission from selling homes, and received rents that I collected for his property. There was more than $600 dollars in rents collected and more than $600 dollars in commissions earned for the agent in question. Does the agent get two 1099's or one.
